Complimentary meet and greet





Think of a meet and greet as an interview. We want to ensure you feel comfortable with your sitter and that it's a good fit for everyone. You'll see how your sitter interacts with your pets and we can get all of your questions answered.



Make a reservation request





Submit your reservation request. We'll get back to you within 24 hours, Monday - Saturday. Emails and reservation requests are answered between 9 am - 5 pm throughout the day. Your preferred sitter already reserved? We'll make a suggestion for another stellar sitter!



take your trip





Now it's time to relax knowing everything at home is being taken care of by capable professionals! You'll receive daily updates letting you know how everything is going. We take cute pictures and send videos because we'd rather show you how great your pets are doing. Once you're home, we'll arrange to return your key at no charge.
